This is a great beginner project. 
 
The pattern you receive is halved to allow you to print it on a regular printer. Print it out and then be sure to fold the fabric and place the pattern with the indicated folded end before you cut. 
 
AGE GROUP: 8 and above
Difficulty: Beginner sewists - some sewing experience needed.
Prerequisite: We recommend taking our Introduction to Sewing Class prior to taking on this project if you have never sewn before.
 
To be successful, you should be able to properly sew simple stitches using your sewing machine.
Materials needed:
Sewing machine
Fabrics you plan on using. 2 fat quarters are recommended - approximately 18″ x 21″. One for the main outer purse and the other for the inner lining.
Iron and Ironing board
Fastner of choice (this is the one used in the video https://amzn.to/3RyfQB0)
Measuring tape
Scissors
Sewing clips
