Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase!

We understand that sometimes digital products may not be exactly what you were expecting. Due to the nature of digital products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once a product has been downloaded or accessed.

However, we may consider exceptions in the following situations:

  • Accidental duplicate purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, please contact us via email (isewwithjoy@gmail.com) within seven (7) calendar days of your purchase for a full refund.

  • Product malfunction: If the digital product you purchased is malfunctioning or not working as described, please contact us via email (isewwithjoy@gmail.com) within seven (7) calendar days of your purchase. We will do our best to troubleshoot the issue or provide a replacement product.

To request a refund or replacement:

  1. Please contact our customer support team at isewwithjoy@gmail.com.

  2. Include your order number, the name of the product you purchased, and a brief description of the issue you are experiencing.

Things to keep in mind:

  • Refunds may take up to ten (30) business days to appear in your account.

  • This return policy applies only to digital products purchased directly from our website. Purchases made through third-party vendors may have different return policies.
